REFUND POLICY

At Little Reign Co. all sales are FINAL and are only eligible for STORE CREDIT. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. 

Please Read Before Purchasing

• We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos before placing your order.

If you have any questions about an item, sizing, or fit, please reach out to us before purchasing. We are happy to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Littlereignco@gmail.com.

• Your order number
• clear photos of the issue
• Items approved for a return/ store credit must be in their original condition and may not be worn, washed, or altered. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be approved. 
• Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases from Little Reign Co.  

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it.

Preorders

• All preorders are FINAL sale and do not qualify for a refund or exchange. We base the preorder off of what sizes our customers select in their orders. Please verify the size you are selecting is correct before completing payment. 
• Once payment is completed, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing in your order. 

Shipping

• Little Reign Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
• If you are returning an item for store credit, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping as well as the cost of the shipping on the new item.
